1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and bazi ("bazi", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at bazi.onl. Bazi reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof that you meet the eligibility requirements, bazi may suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

Age Verification: Bazi takes underage gambling seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all transactions will be reviewed. Any winnings generated by an underage player will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on bazi. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If bazi identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts associated with that player may be closed and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering your bazi account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bazi login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. 4. Deposits

Bazi accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount on bazi is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher deposit amounts may trigger additional identity verification checks.

All deposits on bazi must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Bazi does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. Currency: All transactions on bazi are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Bazi does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on bazi are processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may experience delays while identity checks are completed.

Before your first withdrawal, bazi requires you to complete identity verification (KYC). You will need to provide a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process and once your account is verified, future withdrawals will be processed without additional documentation unless bazi has reason to request further verification.

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
  • Maximum withdrawal per day: ৳500,000 (standard accounts)

Pending Bonus Wagering: If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you cannot withdraw your bonus balance or any winnings generated from bonus funds until the wagering requirement has been fully met.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Bazi offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all bazi bonuses:

  • Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
  • Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from your account along with any associated winnings.
  • Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
  • Bazi reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
  • If bazi suspects a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse — bazi reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the account.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on bazi are provided by licensed third-party game providers and use certified random number generators (RNG). Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness. Published RTP (return to player) percentages are accurate and verifiable.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bazi will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed or the outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to your bazi account balance. Bazi's decision in such cases is final.

Bazi reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction that resulted in odds or payouts that were materially different from what they should have been under normal operating conditions.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bazi. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

  • Opening or operating more than one bazi account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
  • Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the bazi platform.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to manipulate game outcomes.
  • Using the bazi platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on bazi.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing bazi staff or other players.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

Bazi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bazi has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

If your account is suspended, bazi will notify you by email and provide an explanation where it is lawful and appropriate to do so. You may appeal a suspension by contacting bazi support. Bazi will review appeals within 10 business days.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, your balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, bazi reserves the right to forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law.

You may close your bazi account at any time by contacting support. If you close your account voluntarily and have no outstanding wagering requirements, your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.

10. Responsible Gaming

Bazi is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings at any time and using them will not affect your ability to access your account or claim bonuses.

12. Limitation of Liability

Bazi's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Bazi does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the bazi platform. Bazi will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

13. Changes to These Terms
